Terms and Conditions
By registering for the OASIS Retreat, you (the participant) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are binding upon registration and are designed to protect all parties involved.

1. Assumption of Risk

Your participation in the OASIS Retreat, which includes physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual activities, is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that activities may involve inherent risks such as physical injury, emotional distress, or other unforeseen outcomes.

The Healing Circle LLC, Kobe Campbell, THE RETREAT HOUSE, and all third-party vendors or service providers, including but not limited to caterers, transportation services, and any staff, are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage you may experience during or after the retreat.

2. Medical Disclaimer

This retreat is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You agree that it is your responsibility to consult with your own healthcare provider prior to participation in any retreat activity, especially if you have a medical or psychological condition.

Neither The Healing Circle LLC, Kobe Campbell, nor any vendors or staff are liable for any medical, psychological, or emotional issues that may arise during or after the retreat. You are solely responsible for managing your health and well-being throughout the event.

3. Personal Responsibility

Participants agree to be responsible for their own actions, health, and well-being. You understand that The Healing Circle LLC, Kobe Campbell, and any vendors or facilitators are not liable for any decisions or actions you take during or after the retreat.

You also agree to manage your personal belongings and travel arrangements. The Healing Circle LLC, Kobe Campbell, and vendors will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

4. Non-Liability for Vendors

The Healing Circle LLC has contracted third-party vendors (such as catering, transportation, accommodation, etc.) to assist with the retreat. While we aim to partner with reliable vendors, we are not responsible for their services, actions, or outcomes.

You agree to release and hold harmless The Healing Circle LLC, Kobe Campbell, THE RETREAT HOUSE, and all associated vendors from any and all liability arising from the use of these services, including but not limited to any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of their involvement.

5. Waiver of Liability

By attending the OASIS Retreat, you release and discharge The Healing Circle LLC, Kobe Campbell, THE RETREAT HOUSE, all third-party vendors, service providers, and their employees or representatives from any claims, demands, damages, or legal actions arising from your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or any other direct or indirect damages.

6. Force Majeure

The Healing Circle LLC and Kobe Campbell are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God, or government-imposed restrictions.

In such cases, The Healing Circle LLC reserves the right to reschedule the retreat or alter its format without offering refunds.

7. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Deposits: All deposits made toward the retreat are non-refundable.

Payment Schedule: Full payment must be received by the deadlines provided during registration.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made after November 17, 2024, will result in the loss of all payments made. Cancellations made prior to this date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No Refunds for Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend or leave the retreat early, no refunds will be provided.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

The retreat may include group discussions, personal sharing, and emotional support. You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and understand that personal information shared during the retreat is private.

The Healing Circle LLC and Kobe Campbell will maintain the privacy of participants' information and will not share personal details with third parties without explicit consent.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and courtesy toward other attendees, staff, vendors, and facilitators. Any disruptive or harmful behavior may result in immediate removal from the retreat, without refund.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Healing Circle LLC, Kobe Campbell, THE RETREAT HOUSE, and any vendors, employees, or service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your participation, breach of these terms, or any conduct that harms others.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from your participation in the retreat will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Carolina.

By registering for the OASIS Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
